How we work
Every discipline ICON brings to a project — strategy, design, and build — is handled in-house by the same senior team. There are no handoffs to juniors once the brief is won. No layers of account management between you and the people doing the thinking.
The people you meet at the start of a project are the people who deliver it. You get direct access to senior strategic and creative thinking throughout, not just at the pitch.
